احتفالية اليوبيل الذهبي للإجتماعات السنوية لمجموعة البنك الإسلامي للتنمية لعام 2024م
تحت رعاية خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز آل سعود -حفظه الله-، تقام احتفالية اليوبيل الذهبي على هامش الاجتماعات السنوية لمجموعة البنك الإسلامي للتنمية للعام 2024م في العاصمة الرياض خلال الفترة من السبت وحتى الثلاثاء 18-21 شوال 1455هـ الموافق 27-30 أبريل، تحت شعار “الاعتزاز بماضينا ورسم مستقبلنا: الأصالة
والتضامن والازدهار”.
وسيحضر نيابةً عن خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز آل سعود -حفظه الله-، أمير منطقة الرياض صاحب السمو الملكي الأمير فيصل بن بندر بن عبدالعزيز، احتفالية اليوبيل الذهبي للبنك بمناسبة مرور 50 عاماً على إنشائه والتي تخللها عمل متواصل بهدف تحقيق التنمية الاجتماعية والاقتصادية المستدامة في بلدانه الأعضاء والمجتمعات المسلمة في البلدان غير الأعضاء.
وأكّد معالي وزير المالية، رئيس مجلس محافظي مجموعة البنك الإسلامي للتنمية الأستاذ محمد بن عبدالله الجدعان، أن الاجتماعات السنوية للمجموعة تمثّل منصة هامة لمناقشة سبل تعزيز التعاون بين الدول الإسلامية الأعضاء، وتحقيق التنمية المستدامة والشاملة فيها، وتحويــل اقتصاداتها إلى اقتصادات مستدامة ومتنوعة قادرة على الصمود ومواجهة الأزمــات.
كما أوضح معاليه أن المملكة تتبوأ موقعاً متميزاً على الساحة العالمية كإحدى الدول الرائدة في استضافة ورعاية العديد من الاجتماعات والمؤتمرات الدولية المهمة، مشيراً إلى أن المملكة مستمرة في دعم البرامج والمشاريع التنموية من خلال مجموعة البنك الإسلامي للتنمية، وهو ما يعكس التزامها الراسخ بتحقيق التقدم والازدهار لبناء مستقبل مشرق ومستدام للمنطقة والعالم بأسره.
من جهته أكّد معالي رئيس مجموعة البنك الإسلامي للتنمية الدكتور محمد الجاسر أن العلاقة بين المملكة العربية السعودية ومجموعة البنك الإسلامي للتنمية، تمثل نموذجاً للشراكة الاستراتيجية، مشيرا الى أن تلك الشراكة الرائدة مكنت البنك من الاستفادة من خبرات المملكة ومواردها كنموذج يحتذى للمساعدة على دفع عجلة النمو الشامل في العديد من البلدان الأعضاء. وقال الدكتور الجاسر إن الاجتماعات السنوية لمجموعة البنك الإسلامي للتنمية والاحتفال باليوبيل الذهبي يأتيان في وقت متميز للعمل سويا من اجل تحقيق اهداف التنمية المستدامة.
وستشهد الاجتماعات السنوية عقد الجلسة العامة لمجلس محافظي مجموعة البنك الإسلامي للتنمية، واجتماع المائدة المستديرة للمحافظين لمناقشة أبرز التحديات الاقتصادية التي تواجهها الدول الإسلامية والفرص المستقبلية. وستتضمن الاجتماعات سلسلة من الندوات والجلسات والفعاليات المصاحبة بحضور خبراء من الحكومات والمنظمات الدولية والإقليمية والقطاع الخاص والأوساط الأكاديمية والمجتمع المدني.
Under Patronage of Custodian of Two Holy Mosques, Golden Jubilee Celebration Takes Place on Sidelines of IsDB Group 2024 Annual Meetings

Under the patronage of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, the Golden Jubilee Celebration takes place on the sidelines of the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) Group’s 2024 Annual Meetings, held in Riyadh April 27-30, under the theme “Cherishing our Past, Charting our Future: Originality, Solidarity, and Prosperity”.
On behalf of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, His Royal Highness Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, Governor of Riyadh Province will attend the Golden Jubilee Celebration, commemorating 50 years of fostering sustainable socio-economic development in its member nations and Muslim Communities in Non-Member nations.
The Saudi Minister of Finance, Chairman of the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) Group’s Board of Governors Mr. Mohammed Aljadaan, noted that the Annual Meetings represent an important platform to discuss ways to enhance cooperation among Islamic member nations, achieve sustainable and comprehensive development in Islamic nations, and transform their economies into sustainable and diversified economies capable of overcoming crises.
Minister Aljadaan also emphasized that Saudi Arabia holds a distinguished position globally as one of the leading nations in hosting and sponsoring many important international meetings and conferences. He also said that Saudi Arabia continues to support development programs and projects through the IsDB Group, which contributes to achieving progress and prosperity in order to build a bright and sustainable future for the region and the world.
H.E. Dr. Muhammad Al Jasser, Chairman of the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) Group, affirmed that the relationship between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the IsDB Group represents a model of strategic partnership. He pointed out that this partnership has enabled the Bank to benefit from the Kingdom’s expertise and resources as a role model to assist in driving sustainable and comprehensive growth in many member countries. Dr. Al Jasser stated that the annual meetings of the IsDB Group this year came at a crucial time when the world is facing simultaneous and multiple crises, foremost among them being climate shocks and economic uncertainties, that led to an increase in global inflation.
The IsDB Group’s annual meetings will also include Governors’ Plenary Session and Governors’ Roundtable Meeting to discuss the Islamic nations’ most pressing economic challenges and future opportunities. The meetings will also include a series of seminars, sessions, and accompanying events attended by experts from governments, international and regional organizations, the private sector, academia, and civil society.
