قررت رئاسة الاتحاد العربي للقبائل العربية – القاهرة، تكليف سامي العبيدي رئيس هيئة الصحافة الدولية الحرة عضواً لهيئة الرئاسة للإتحاد مديرا للعلاقات العامة والإعلام – المركز العام – القاهرة، جاء فيه :
الاتحاد العربي للقبائل في البلاد العربية موثق بالاتحاد العربي تحت رقم إيداع ۱۹۷۹ لسنة ۲۰۲۰م ومصدق بالخارجية المصرية برقم ١٦٠٨٨ لسنة ٢٠٢٠م ومسجل بالاتحاد الأوروبى تحت رقم ۵۳۱۴۹۲۳۷۹۵۰-۸۲

قرر معالي الشيخ نزيه أبو كاشف رئيس الإتحاد العربي للقبائل البلاد العربية :
وبعد الاطلاع على النظام الداخلي للإتحاد
وبناء على التصديق كلاً من الحاج أيمن عامر
نائب رئيس الاتحاد وأمين سر الإتحاد والدكتور عامر عبد الرزاق السيد محسن آل الشيخ عيسى أمين عام الإتحاد ..
وعلى الصلاحيات المخوله لنا إستناداً الى مقتضيات المصلحة العامة والإرتقاء الى مستوى تحقيق الأهداف للإتحاد
يكلف السيد الدكتور / سامى محمد حمزه آل العبيد عضو الهيئة الرئاسية بمهمة مدير العلاقات العامة والإعلام وعليه يجب الإلتزام بكافة نظم ولوائح الإتحاد وعدم مخالفة بنودها وإلا يعتبر القرار لاغي.
يعمل بهذا القرار من تأريخه ويلغى أي قرار سابق يتعارض مع هذا القرار.
وفقكم الله ورعاكم لما في فيه خير ومصلحة لامتنا العربية والإسلامية ..

فيما تقدم سامي العبيدي بالشكر والتقدير والاحترام لرئيس الاتحاد ونائبه والأمين العام ولجميع الامناء في الوطن العربي على طيب الاختيار والثقة على القرار بالتكليف، سائلا المولى العلي القدير كل التوفيق والنجاح الدائم للإتحاد في إرساء روح الأمانة لرسالة القبائل العربية بتكريس الوحدة والتضامن العربي وبالتواصل الوطني البناء لما فيه الخير للأمة العربية.

Officially and by Arab consensus – the Arab Union of Arab Tribes, Cairo, decides to assign the head of the International Free Press Authority, a member of the Union’s presidential body, as director of public relations and media.
The Presidency of the Arab Union of Arab Tribes – Cairo decided to appoint Sami Al-Obaidi, Chairman of the International Free Press Authority, as a member of the Presidency of the Union as Director of Public Relations and Media – General Center – Cairo, stating:
The Arab Union of Tribes in the Arab Countries is certified by the Arab Union under filing number 1979 of 2020 AD, certified by the Egyptian Foreign Ministry under number 16088 of 2020 AD, and registered in the European Union under number 53149237950-82.

His Excellency Sheikh Nazih Abu Kashif, President of the Arab Union of Tribes in the Arab Countries, decided:
After reviewing the Union’s bylaws
Based on the ratification of Hajj Ayman Amer
Vice President of the Union and Secretary of the Union, and Dr. Amer Abdel Razzaq Al-Sayyed Mohsen Al Sheikh Issa, Secretary-General of the Union..
And the powers granted to us based on the requirements of the public interest and rising to the level of achieving the goals of the Union.
Mr. Dr. Sami Muhammad Hamza Al-Obaid, a member of the Presidential Council, is assigned the task of Director of Public Relations and Media. Accordingly, all systems and regulations of the Federation must be adhered to and not violated their provisions, otherwise the decision will be considered invalid.
This decision shall be effective from its date, and any previous decision that conflicts with this decision shall be cancelled.
May God grant you success and care for you for what is good and in the interest of our Arab and Islamic nation
A copy to the office of the President, His Excellency Sheikh Nazih Abu Kashif.
A copy to the Arab Secretary of the Tribes. A copy to the Union offices in the Arab countries.

While Sami Al-Obaidi extended his thanks, appreciation and respect to the President of the Union, his deputy, the Secretary-General, and all the secretaries in the Arab world for the good choice and confidence in the decision to assign him, asking the Almighty Lord all the success and lasting success of the Union in establishing the spirit of fidelity to the mission of the Arab tribes by devoting Arab unity and solidarity and constructive national communication for what it entails. Goodness for the Arab nation.
