“دلالات تطوير التعليم”

اعرب أ.د. مجبل عن وجهة نظره قائلا، لا يزال التدريس في جامعة MIT ( هي جامعة بمدينة كامبريدج بولاية ماساتشوستس والتي تأسست عام 1861م، يتم باستخدام الطباشير والسبورات التقليدية حتى يومنا هذا.

موضحا إن تطوير التعليم ليس له مقصودًا به تطوير أبنية ، ولا تطوير أدوات عرض، ولا أجهزة وشاشات جديدة فحسب .

فتطوير التعليم ليس له علاقة بهذه المظاهر،من فالنظرية النسبية وميكانيكا الكم تم صياغتهما وابتكارهما بالطباشير التقليدي، بل إن ناسا حين صعدت إلى القمر، كان الكود البرمجي مكتوبًا بخط اليد على الأوراق وليس على الحواسيب.

مبينا أن تطوير التعليم هو تطوير مناهج، وتطوير طرق تدريس، هو ايضا اختيار أساتذة قادرين على الشرح وإيصال المعلومة للطلاب، إذ أن هذا النظام المعمول به الآن، الذي يُعيّن فيه الطلابُ الأوائل على الدفعة أساتذةً في الجامعة، هو نظام ثبت فشله وبلاهته، فمَن قال أن الطالب الذي حصل على علامات جيدة في الامتحانات، أن لديه من المهارة والقدرة أن يقف ليشرح أمام الطلاب؟، فمثل هؤلاء قد يصلحوا كباحثين ولايشترط نجاحهم كتدريسيين، معرجا على ان التدريس هو “علم وفن”، وهذا العمل الانساني الكبير يحتاج الى خزين معرفي كبير بالتدريس ونظرياته وستراتيجياته وأساليبه وطرائقه والتمكن المعرفي للمواد المراد تدريسها إضافة الى الإمكانات الفنية الكبيرة في إيصال المادة العلمية إلى الطلبة وبطرق إتصالية تراعي الإمكانات المتفردة للطلبة وبشكل ناجح ومؤثر.

فما علاقة أن يكون ترتيبك الأول على الدفعة، ما علاقته بأن يكون هذا الشخص مدرسًا، يشرح المعلومات ويبسطها ويوصلها للطلاب ويقف أمامهم ليتحدث ويُبَيِّن ويُفهِم؟.

مؤكدا على إن تطور التعليم هو الإهتمام بالطالب في المقام الأول، هو أن يعرف ويعي الأستاذ أنه ما وُجد في الجامعة إلا (لخدمة) الطالب، بل ما قامت الجامعة إلا للطلاب، ما قامت الجامعة إلا بهم ولهم.
حين يكون الطالب هو الأولوية، وهو المبتدأ وهو المنتهى، حين تعي الجامعة ذلك، ويعي الأساتذة ذلك، ويعي الموظفون ذلك، حين يدركون أنهم ما وُجدوا هنا إلا لإخراج جيل من الطلاب قادر على إحياء هذا البلد، وإفاقته من سباته.

حين يدرك المجتمع أهميةَ العلم وأهمية الجامعة، حين تُنمى روح الأسئلة والإعتراض والإستفهام في عقل الطالب، ليسألَ في كلِ شيء وعن كلِ شيء.

حين نتعامل معه كأنه إنسان له عقل، وليس إنسانًا أبلهًا لا مهمة له إلا أن يخزن المعلومات ويحفظها حفظ الأطفال. حينها فقط سنتقدم علميًا.

أما شاشات العرض والمباني الجديدة، فالأحجار والشاشات لا تصنع علماءً ولا باحثين بل هي تمثل ادوات ساندة للمدرس في انجاز مهمته .

فالمتغيرات الأساسية التي حدثت في فلسفة التعليم والتي يشهدها العالم حاليا توجب الانتقال من النظرة القاصرة الى الطلبة في تلقي المعلومات الى النظرة الايجابية التي تنقل واقع التدريس من التعليم الى التعلم وتجعل من الطلبة هم المرتكز في العملية التعليمية.

Prof. Dr. Mujbel expressed his point of view, saying, Teaching at MIT University (it is a university in Cambridge, Massachusetts, which was founded in 1861 AD, is still using chalk and traditional blackboards to this day.

He explained that the development of education is not intended to be the development of buildings, nor the development of display tools, nor new devices and screens only.

The development of education has nothing to do with these aspects. The theory of relativity and quantum mechanics were formulated and invented with traditional chalk. Even when NASA went to the moon, the code was handwritten on papers, not on computers.

Indicating that the development of education is the development of curricula, and the development of teaching methods, it is also the selection of professors who are able to explain and communicate information to students, as this system in force now, in which the first students in the batch are appointed as professors at the university, is a system that has proven its failure and imbecility, so who said That the student who got good grades in the exams, that he has the skill and ability to stand up and explain in front of the students?, Such people may be suitable as researchers and their success as teachers is not required. By teaching, its theories, strategies, methods, and methods, and cognitive mastery of the subjects to be taught, in addition to the great technical capabilities in delivering the scientific material to students, and by means of communication that take into account the unique capabilities of students, in a successful and effective manner.

What does it have to do with being the first in the class, what does it have to do with this person being a teacher, explaining, simplifying and communicating information to the students and standing in front of them to speak, explain and understand?

Emphasizing that the development of education is caring for the student in the first place, it is for the professor to know and be aware that he was found in the university only (to serve) the student, but rather the university did not do anything but for the students, the university did not do anything but them and for them.
When the student is the priority, the beginning and the end, when the university is aware of this, the professors are aware of this, and the employees are aware of that, when they realize that they were only here to produce a generation of students capable of reviving this country and awakening it from its slumber.

When the society realizes the importance of science and the importance of the university, when the spirit of questions, objections and questions is developed in the mind of the student, so that he asks about everything and everything.

When we deal with him as if he is a human being with a mind, and not an idiot whose only task is to store and preserve information like children. Only then will we advance scientifically.

As for display screens and new buildings, stones and screens do not make scientists or researchers, but rather they represent tools that support the teacher in accomplishing his mission.

The basic changes that occurred in the philosophy of education, which the world is currently witnessing, necessitate the transition from a limited view of students in receiving information to a positive view that transfers the reality of teaching from education to learning and makes students the focus of the educational process.
