“مقاربات إنجاح الحوار السياسي الشامل لإحلال السلام في اليمن”

أقام “ائتلاف القوى الديمقراطية للسلام والوئام” يوم الجمعة الموافق 12 أغسطس 2022 مؤتمراً تحت عنوان “مقاربات إنجاح الحوار السياسي الشامل لإحلال السلام في اليمن”. وقد أكد المشاركون في المؤتمر الذي قُسم لخمسة محاور، على التالي:-
-المحور الأول: مقاربة المصالحة الوطنية الشاملة.

أكد المشاركون على أهمية إجراء مصالحة وطنية شاملة بين جميع الأحزاب والمكونات السياسية على قاعدة العدالة وجبر الضرر من خلال حوار سياسي يحمي حقوق الجميع ويقودنا إلى وقف الحرب وإرساء السلام الذي يقوم على احترام السيادة الوطنية والمصالح العليا لليمن والهدنة رغم هشاشتها تفتح نافذة أمل نحو ذلك.

-المحور الثاني: مقاربة تعزيز الولاء الوطني والحفاظ على المؤسسات الدستورية.

أكد المشاركون على أهمية تعزيز الولاء الوطني من أجل الحفاظ على النسيج المجتمعي اليمني من التمزق والتشظي، وذلك من خلال توعية أبناء الشعب اليمني بهوية وطنهم وبتاريخه وحضارته؛ وبأهمية الانتماء لليمن تربة وإنساناً والولاء لمؤسسات الوطن الدستورية؛ الأمر الذي سيؤدي حتماً إلى انحسار الولاءات الضيقة كالسلالية، الطائفية، المذهبية، الإيديولوجية، المناطقية/ الجهوية، القبلية، الحزبية وغيرها من الولاءات التي تؤثر على تماسك وتناغم الشعب اليمني، وسيقود إلى الحفاظ على المؤسسات الدستورية من الاستنساخ، كما هو حاصل اليوم.
المحور الثالث: المقاربة الإعلامية – الخطاب الإعلامي-.

أكد المشاركون على أهمية أن يتوجه الخطاب الإعلامي لجميع الأطراف المتصارعة نحو تقليل التوترات والابتعاد عن التحريضات التي تؤدي إلى مزيد من الفتنة والاقتتال، وتبني خطاب يعكس إرادة الشعب اليمني في تحقيق السلام، باعتبار أن السلام يعتبر اليوم المصلحة الأولي لأبناء الشعب اليمني، شمالاً وجنوباً، شرقاً وغرباً.

-المحور الرابع: مقاربة الإرادة السياسية للأطراف المتصارعة والمصلحة الوطنية.
أكد المشاركون على أهمية أن يتنازل أطراف الصراع عن مصالحهم الشخصية أو الفئوية أو الجهوية أو الحزبية لصالح المصلحة العليا للشعب اليمني، هذه المصلحة التي تتمثل في وقف الحرب وإحلال السلام واسترجاع القرار السياسي للدولة اليمنية، لتكون سيدة قرارها على أرضها وعلى مواردها.
-المحور الخامس: تجارب في المصالحة الوطنية وإحلال السلام- التجربة الجزائرية، التجربة الرواندية، تجربة جنوب إفريقيا.

أكد المشاركون على أهمية الاستفادة من تجارب البلدان الثلاثة الجزائر، رواندا وجنوب إفريقيا، كيف خرجت من أزماتها وعمل الورشات تلو الورشات من أجل ذلك.

Approaches to the success of the comprehensive political dialogue to bring peace to Yemen

On Friday, August 12, 2022, the “Coalition of Democratic Forces for Peace and Harmony” held a conference under the title “Approaches to the Success of Comprehensive Political Dialogue to Bringing Peace to Yemen”. The participants in the conference, which was divided into five axes, emphasized the following:
The first axis: the comprehensive national reconciliation approach.

The participants stressed the importance of conducting a comprehensive national reconciliation between all parties and political components on the basis of justice and reparation through a political dialogue that protects the rights of all and leads us to stop the war and establish peace based on respect for national sovereignty and the supreme interests of Yemen, and the armistice despite its fragility opens a window of hope towards that.

The second axis: the approach to strengthening national loyalty and preserving constitutional institutions.

The participants stressed the importance of strengthening national loyalty in order to preserve the Yemeni societal fabric from rupture and fragmentation, by educating the Yemeni people about the identity of their homeland, its history and civilization; and the importance of belonging to Yemen as soil and as a person, and loyalty to the nation’s constitutional institutions; Which will inevitably lead to the decline of narrow loyalties such as dynastic, sectarian, sectarian, ideological, regional / regional, tribal, partisan and other loyalties that affect the cohesion and harmony of the Yemeni people, and will lead to the preservation of constitutional institutions from cloning, as is the case today.
The third axis: the media approach – the media discourse -.

The participants stressed the importance that the media discourse of all conflicting parties be directed towards reducing tensions and avoiding incitements that lead to more strife and fighting, and adopting a discourse that reflects the will of the Yemeni people to achieve peace, given that peace is today considered the primary interest of the Yemeni people, north, south, and east and westward.

Fourth Axis: Approaching the political will of the conflicting parties and the national interest.
The participants stressed the importance of the parties to the conflict relinquishing their personal, factional, regional or partisan interests in favor of the higher interest of the Yemeni people, this interest represented in stopping the war, establishing peace and restoring the political decision of the Yemeni state, to be the master of its decision on its land and its resources.
Fifth Axis: Experiences in national reconciliation and establishing peace – the Algerian experience, the Rwandan experience, and the South African experience.

The participants stressed the importance of benefiting from the experiences of the three countries, Algeria, Rwanda and South Africa, on how they got out of their crises, and working workshops after workshops for this.
